We’re excited to welcome Wakely Carter as Project Manager at Xdesign! As she continues onboarding with Team X, she’s beginning to work closely with clients and creatives to help keep projects organized and moving forward.
Brady took home the Blacksmith for Create a Solution after stepping up on a time-sensitive client project. He stayed focused, worked through the challenge, and made sure the final deliverables landed exactly as they should.
Simone, Hunter, and Mallory all celebrated their Xiversaries. From strategy to design to running the company, they each play a role in shaping our work!

Our X Social this month was Painting & Pinot. We swapped screens for canvases, sharpened our creative skills in a new way, and enjoyed a night of good company!
The X team attended the AAF Luncheon as the AdFed Student Sponsor and heard from Giavona “G” Williams. She shared how a creative vision grew into a motorcycle rally, built with intention and community at its core.
Winning The Flanagan once is impressive. Winning it back-to-back is a statement. Esther officially defended her title this season, proving that last year was not a fluke and that her fantasy football instincts remain elite. Congrats, Esther!
