Wakely Carter

Wakely lives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, making Project Management at Xdesign a natural fit. As a Project Manager, she serves as a main point of contact for clients, guiding projects from kickoff through delivery while keeping timelines, communication, and budgets on track. She works closely with designers and strategists to ensure every detail is aligned and every project moves forward smoothly.

Before joining Xdesign, Wakely led marketing operations at EGGIE Salon Studio, overseeing brand initiatives, digital marketing efforts, vendor relationships, and ongoing content execution. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment strengthened her ability to stay organized, think strategically, and keep complex projects moving forward with efficiency.

Wakely earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2022. Outside of work, she stays busy volunteering locally, fostering dogs through CAA, serving on the Capital Gala committee, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her son. When it is time to recharge, she is usually at home, wrapped in a blanket, with a full Marvel, reality TV, or drama-thriller binge queued up.
