A Baton Rouge staple since 1950, Phil's Oyster Bar serves fresh, local seafood, Italian and New Orleans-style dishes in the comfort of a family-friendly atmosphere. After adding Chef Peter Sclafani to its team as an equity partner and updating its menu, Phil's came to us to refresh its iconic branding while keeping its nostalgic roots intact.
