Now Hiring: Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Project Manager to join our design and marketing agency in Baton Rouge. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and the link between our customers and creative teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly, solving challenges along the way, and making sure deadlines are met with confidence.

Type of Position

This is a full-time, in-office, salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, meetings, and follow-ups
• Schedule and manage projects in our project management software, keeping timelines and team members' workloads balanced
• Coordinate with designers, strategists, and vendors to deliver high-quality work
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and on budget
• Track project progress, flag issues early, and provide solutions to keep things moving
• Support new client onboarding, including project setup and organization
• Contribute to process improvements and help the team work more efficiently

• Clear and confident communicator in both writing and speaking
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Problem-solver who anticipates issues and helps resolve them quickly
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, building strong relationships

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related position
• Familiarity with project management/scheduling tools like ClickUp or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with vendors
