APPRECIATING ACHIEVEMENT
Team X attended the annual ADDY Awards on Feb. 27, and we’re excited to add five more awards to the shelves. Awards are never the driving factor behind our work, but we love having an opportunity to recognize and celebrate our team members and their achievements.
We introduced ‘The Blacksmith’ to serve as a constant reminder to keep honing the edges. Each month, one team member will be recognized for exemplifying what it means to do so, and Tiffanie earned the right to hoist the axe in February!
We felt grateful for last year’s months of practice in working from home when Baton Rouge froze over. Our team was able to remain productive and even enjoy the scenery without having to risk driving on icy roads.
We’re getting closer to the grand opening of SoLou Patio Restaurant & Bar on March 15! Team X is proud to have had a hand in the restaurant’s journey, from branding and interior design all the way to taste testing the cocktail menu.
Our team made the switch to a new reporting software to generate more-detailed monthly marketing reports, which our team uses to track key performance indicators and optimize client strategy. The new software allows us to quickly adapt to and leverage consumer trends for each brand.
Two X team members hit the open road in February to enjoy some vacation time. Renee’ hit the hiking trails with her husband Alex in beautiful Tennessee, and Tiffanie and her family spent a week at Disney World.
