Join us in welcoming our newest team member, Whitney Hicks-Smith! We’re excited to have her talent and energy on board as our Digital Media Coordinator.

We gathered the team for our quarterly “State of the X” presentation to celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, and discuss three things: Where we’ve been, where we are, and where we're headed.

Esther blacksmith

Congrats to our Blacksmith - Esther! Esther stayed at the office after hours to accompany a team member with a flat tire. This earned her the November Blacksmith, though it is only one example of her “We, Not Me” kindness that she shows every day!

Team X kicked off the Thanksgiving holiday with a team breakfast and capped it off by decorating the office Christmas tree.

It doesn’t feel like fall without a fire, some bourbon, and some mountains. Hunter and the family took for a few days in the Ouachita Mountains outside of Hot Springs.

Renee and her husband Alex headed east and spent some time in Charleston, South Carolina. She’s now looking for commercial spaces in Charleston. Xdesign East, anyone?

Xdesign was proud to be a partner and sponsor of Knock Knock Children’s Museum annual fundraiser, Storybook Soireé, and the X team was able to enjoy a fairytale night.

We know a guy at Phil’s…his name is Santa. The team enjoyed the annual Santa Comes to Southdowns event that continues to grow every year!
