Jamey Crump

An enginner by trade that helped build the most historic creative firm in Baton Rouge.

In 1990, Jamey Crump and Martin Flanagan joined forces in Baton Rouge to start Xdesign, Inc. Their partnership was the perfect balance—Martin, the free-spirited creative visionary, and Jamey, the strategist who managed client relationships, budgets, and timelines.

Jamey began at Moran Printing, handling planning, scheduling, and estimating responsibilities. He worked with hundreds of accounts across the South, including The Coca-Cola Company, Community Coffee, and McIlhenny Company.

Jamey's keen business sense and strategic thinking caught the eye of Martin Flanagan, leading to the creation of Xdesign and a decades long partnership.

This move eventually earned him recognition as one of Baton Rouge Business Report’s Forty Under 40, hundreds of creative awards for the firm, and catapulted Xdesign into becoming one of the most successful firms in South Louisiana. He was also an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). He served countless non-profit organizations through donations, volunteering, and serving on boards, further cementing his role as a leader in the business community.

Beyond his work at Xdesign, Jamey pursues various entrepreneurial ventures, particularly in real estate and construction. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and family and was passionate about playing tennis, fishing, and attending car shows.

After Martin retired in 2013 to pursue songwriting, Hunter Territo was named Creative Director and, in 2017, became President and a Partner alongside Jamey. Jamey ensured that Xdesign’s success continued into a second generation. After an eight-year buyout, Hunter became the sole owner of Xdesign in 2025, carrying forward the legacy Jamey and Martin built and completing the vision of Xdesign seeing a second generation.
