Lauren de Bautte

Lauren's creative journey is driven by her passion for bringing ideas to life. As a Graphic Designer at Xdesign, she expertly transforms our clients' business goals and concepts into impactful designs that enhance their brand and drive success.

Lauren's career spans experience at notable agencies like Agent C. in New Orleans and Ideometry in Boston, where she navigated fast-paced environments and diverse projects, ranging from branding to web design and packaging. Most recently, her role as the head graphic designer at BRG Hospitality in New Orleans allowed her to manage design assets for nine restaurants.

Lauren holds a degree in Digital Art from the University of New Orleans (2013) and completed the Digital Design program at Tulane University (2019). She thrives on learning and values collaboration and feedback, always seeking to refine her craft.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys thrifting, painting, and attending live music events. Her dedication and creativity have earned her multiple Student Addy Awards for special events materials, illustration campaigns, and packaging design.
