We offer opportunities across design, strategy, project management, digital media, content, and more.
Whatever your role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, contribute to real client work, and learn how your discipline fits into the bigger picture of a full-service agency.

Yes, it’s a Paid Internship: Earn competitive hourly pay while gaining real agency experience.
Spring, Summer, and Fall Internships: Work around your classes, 10–20 hours per week.
Paid Holidays: If we’re closed on a day you’re scheduled to work, you’ll still get paid.
Wellness Support: Xdesign reimburses up to $75 per month for gym memberships.
